About Us & Our Philosophy
Pleased to meet you
Hi, my name is Adam Harris. I’ve lived on the Central Coast with my wife and daughter for almost ten years. I am a qualified Master Personal Trainer and have many years of high-level sporting experience including playing first grade cricket in Sydney and professionally in the UK. I’ve played State level soccer and have coached junior and senior representative sides in both cricket and soccer for many years.
Outside of training, I love to spend time with my young daughter Charlotte and wife Yvonne. We love going to the beach and surfing, movie nights and Sunday morning breakfast at our favourite cafe.
I set up The Body Hub to pursue my dream of being able to help provide you with an holistic approach to improving your health and fitness, (both physically and mentally). By becoming motivated and empowered, you will enrich your quality of life. I have a passion for helping people set goals – I love being part of the ongoing journey to achieve them. The Body Hub philosophy
Our philosophy consists of using an holistic approach to health and fitness.
In essence, core stability means ‘stability of the spine’. Your core muscles are those in your stomach and back and ‘core strength’ is the ability to support your spine and keep your body stable and balanced.
Core strength allows you to perform manual tasks safely and effectively in everyday life. At the Body Hub all our programs are based on this philosophy.
