We’re delighted to introduce our newest trainer, Caitlin Callaghan.

 

I want to you tell you about my journey to becoming a Master Personal Trainer with The Body Hub Personal Training Studio.

I am 27 years old and have grown up in Umina Beach on the Central Coast of NSW.   From an early age I participated in a range of sports including netball, touch football, and swimming.  During my teen years my great passion was dance (all forms) and I competed in eisteddfods and achieved a Grade 8 RAD ballet qualification.  

Post high school I completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree at UNSW and have worked in various retail and corporate roles.  It was during my university days that I discovered the benefits of pursing a healthy lifestyle through gym based exercise.  This is when my passion for physical activity through dance shifted to the gym!

My passion for exercise has grown and I now understand and appreciate the benefits of combining, cardio and weight training with good nutrition. I have participated in several fitness and weight loss challenges winning the first challenge I participated in.

I now want to share my passion for functional training and to help motivate others to achieve their health and life style goals.  I want to make others feel as amazing as, not only when I train, but when I combine training with good nutrition.  I have also learnt a lot about nutrition as brand ambassador for the last three years for a well-known Central Coast based supplement Company. 

To help me achieve my goals of helping others I recently completed Master Trainer Qualification with the Australian Institute of Fitness.  I am excited to announce that I have joined The Body Hub team and am looking forward to helping motivate others to start them on their fitness journey and achieve their personal goals whether big or small.
