Our Outdoor sessions keep the same focus on designing programs around your needs, lifestyle and goals while providing you the convenience of being close to home and out in the fresh air. Our trainers write your individual programs for you every session and bring all the equipment you need, you only need to bring yourself!

For your Initial consultation, our trainer will meet with you and will conduct a medical screening, a personal profile, nutrition discussion and goal setting.
 
Based on these assessments, our trainers recommendations and your valued input, we then design bespoke personal training sessions for you and organise where you’d like to train.
