It’s obvious, but we’ll say it anyway: our individual programs are designed around you – your needs, your lifestyle, your requirements and your goals – weight loss specialist, core strengthening, body toning, general fitness, stress relief and management.
At your initial consultation, your Master Personal Trainer will conduct a medical screening, a personal profile, nutrition discussion and goal setting.
Based on these assessments, our trainer’s recommendations and your valued input, we then design bespoke personal training sessions for you.
