Introducing Bradley Jaggers, The Body Hub’s Newest PT

Hi, I’m Bradley Jaggers and I’m happy to be a part of the Body Hub Team. I’ve lived on the Central Coast all my life and I would love to tell you a bit about myself.

I’ve been involved in fitness my whole life, competing in a variety of sports growing up. My two main sports were Soccer and Taekwondo. I’m still heavily involved in Taekwondo and have pushed myself to be the best I can be, representing Australia in multiple world championships over the past 5 years in both individual events and captaining team events, with the highlights being 3rd in individual pattern in London 2015, and 2nd in team pattern in Argentina 2017.

I’m now 26, and have full qualifications from the Australian Fitness Academy. I’m also currently the Head Coach of the AITA Taekwondo Team and opened up my own school in Empire Bay last year! I’m also going for my 4th degree in 2021 so I’m continuing to train hard for the big day.

I love helping young athletes who are looking to raise their game to the next level, and also people new to fitness who might not have as much confidence. We were all beginners on the fitness journey once, and I believe it’s my job as a PT to not only help you reach your goals, but to keep you engaged, motivated and encouraged to stick with it.
So give me a call and let’s train!
